All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder. You will receive another notification when your order is scheduled for delivery.
Shipping rates and estimates
At present, we only offer shipping to Perth Metro areas.
PetraClean is happy to provide free shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery time
Deliveries are made between 8am to 5pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday). We will contact you via email to notify you at 24 hours prior to delivery. If there is an issue with the assigned delivery time, please let us know as soon as possible by either emailing us, or calling us.
If no one is on the premises to take the delivery, we will endeavour to leave in a safe place. If that is impossible, PetraClean will take the items back to our warehouse, where the customer will have to pickup at their own time and cost.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Due to the nature of our products, PetraClean items are not able to be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Under Australian Consumer Law, when you buy products and services within Australia, they come with automatic guarantees that they will work as intended. PetraClean will therefore accept product returns and provide you with a store credit, refund or repair where:
- The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
- The product does not match the sample or our description.
PetraClean does not offer refunds for change of mind.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
