Q. What payment methods can I use?
A. Most commonly used methods of payment are available – EFT, cash, cheque and credit card (excluding AMEX and Diners).
Q. Are your products environmentally friendly?
A. Yes, we have available a range of commercial grade, environmentally friendly products that we can provide for your cleaning needs.
Q. Is my information confidential?
A. Entirely. All of our regularly serviced customers are assigned internal codes and all information regarding our clients and their premises are kept private and secure.
Q. Do I need to supply my own equipment?
A. No. We provide all of the equipment necessary to complete your clean to a high standard. The equipment we provide for your office stays onsite, we don’t use it at another customer’s and then clean your office with it. This further improves the hygiene and cleanliness of our service to you.
Q. When should I have my carpets steam cleaned?
A. Carpets need to be cleaned regularly. If your carpets haven’t been cleaned professionally in 12 months then they are overdue. The frequency of cleans can depend on whether the carpet is in high traffic areas or are very soiled. In these cases we would strongly recommend professional steam cleaning every 6 months to keep your carpets hygienic and looking their best.

A. Yes we do! Lets discuss your requirements.
Q. How often should my office / workplace be cleaned?
A. This depends on a number of factors including the size of your premises, number of employees and the type of business you operate. We tailor a cleaning schedule to meet your requirements outlining a recommended frequency along with the type of cleaning duties carried out at each visit.
Q. Do PetraClean employees have police clearances?
A. Yes they do, it is our obligation to ensure our employees have a National Police Clearance Certificate obtained in Western Australia.
Q. Are PetraClean employees covered by insurance?
A. Yes, all of our staff are covered by Workers Compensation and Public & Product Liability insurance policies that are renewed annually. Copies of these certificates are available on request.
Q. Do you have back-up employees in case my regular cleaner is unavailable?
A. Yes we do. We have a number of employees trained in the many services we offer. You will be assigned a regular team member with a back up team member who is trained on the cleaning requirements of your business. In case an issue arises with these team members; a Supervisor and/or Management are all available to ensure your service is not disrupted.
Q. Are you able to work after hours and public holidays?
A. Yes most definitely. In fact it is our preference. In order to remain as little of a disruption as possible, our staff will work entirely around your businesses schedule.
Q. My office is not located near yours, will you travel the distance to me?
A. Yes. With contracts spanning from Yanchep to Mandurah, distance is not an issue for us to offer you a reliable cleaning service.
