What payment methods can I use?

All commonly used methods of payment are accepted, including EFTPOS, cash, cheque and credit card (excluding AMEX and Diners).

Are your products environmentally friendly?

Yes. PetraClean is proud to offer a range of commercial grade, environmentally friendly products.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. All your information regarding your business and premises are kept private and secure. In addition, all PetraClean cleaners are issued with internally coded security information as part of their responsible cleaning practice. This means you can tell exactly when our cleaners have entered and exited your premises, giving you complete peace of mind.

Do I need to supply my own equipment?

No. We provide all the equipment necessary to clean your office or business. To maintain our strict hygiene protocols, all the equipment we provide for your business stays onsite, meaning it doesn’t get used anywhere else.

When should I have my carpets steam cleaned?

Carpets need to be cleaned regularly. If your carpets haven’t been cleaned professionally in 12 months, they are overdue. The frequency of cleans can depend on whether the carpet is in high traffic areas or are very soiled. In these cases, we would strongly recommend professional steam cleaning every 6 months to keep your carpets hygienic and looking their best.

Do you offer discounts for multiple premises and services?

How often should my office or business be cleaned?

This depends on a number of factors including the size of your premises, number of employees and the type of business you operate. Working directly with you, we will tailor a cleaning schedule to meet your requirements.

Do PetraClean employees have police clearances?

Yes. All PetraClean office cleaners have obtained a National Police Certificate (NPC) in Western Australia.

Are PetraClean employees covered by insurance?

Yes. All of our cleaners are covered by Workers Compensation and Public and Product Liability Insurance. We’re more than happy to share copies of these certificates upon request.

Do you have back-up employees in case my regular cleaner is unavailable?

Yes. While you will be assigned a regular cleaner, we have a pool of cleaners trained across our services.

Are you able to work after hours and public holidays?

Yes. PetraClean cleaners are available afterhours, on weekends, and on public holidays. In order to disrupt your business as little as possible, our staff will work entirely around your schedule.

My office is not located near yours, will you travel  to me?

Yes. With contracts spanning Yanchep to Mandurah, distance is not an issue.
